In 2000, Billy began his real estate career in the Coachella Valley and has since successfully negotiated over 1,500 real estate transactions primarily in lifestyle communities. Billy was the former Sales Manager and is considered an expert in Coachella Valley real estate and real estate development.
On a personal side, Billy was born in rural Wyoming. He learned the value of hard work on his grandparent’s sheep and cattle ranch. A Navy veteran, he also lived in Steamboat Springs, CO, and San Diego, CA. Billy and his family have called La Quinta home since 2000. He enjoys coaching soccer, playing golf, exercising, and spending time with his family and friends. He loves helping kids and serves on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Desert, a one-on-one youth mentoring program.
