A fourth-generation Southern California real estate professional, Stacy earned her license at 18 and brings over 30 years of experience. She began her career at Century 21 while attending College of the Desert, then moved to San Diego, where she earned her BA in Business Management at San Diego State University. She later played a key role in sales at Rancho La Quinta and Andalusia Country Clubs, where she was involved in over 1,200 transactions worth more than $600,000,000. She and her husband Billy, a former U.S. Navy Rescue Swimmer whom she met in San Diego, later owned and operated TLQ Realty for a decade before partnering with Compass, building a reputation defined by consistency, trust, and results.
That same intention carries into her leadership. In 2020, Stacy served as President of the Palm Desert Chapter of the National Charity League, during a time when connection and generosity were essential, and where she and her daughter help serve over 30 local and national charities. She led the Sacred Heart School Board for four years, bringing a steady, thoughtful presence and a lasting sense of community, and previously served as President of her Alpha Pi Sorority. For more than 20 years, she has also created and led a neighborhood Toys for Tots initiative, bringing families together and making a lasting impact year after year. In every role, she understands that influence is not just what you do, it is how people remember the experience.
